Popular Brass Monkey Bar to Open New Location in Abu Dhabi in 2026
Brass Monkey, the popular entertainment bar known for bowling, arcade games, and casual dining, is expanding to the capital. After building a strong following in Dubai, the brand will open a new venue at The Galleria Al Maryah, with a launch planned for the second quarter of 2026.
The concept has become a go-to destination for groups looking for games, food and a lively atmosphere under one roof. Its arrival in Abu Dhabi is expected to add a-fresh energy to the city’s nightlife and entertainment scene.
Bowling, Arcades and Neon Vibes
The Abu Dhabi branch will feature 12 bowling lanes, along with a wide selection of interactive arcade games designed to test skill and reaction time. Guests can expect the same bold, neon-lit interiors that made the Dubai locations at Bluewaters and City Walk popular on social media.
While the exact line-up of games has not yet been confirmed, the Dubai venues offer everything from pool tables and basketball free-throw machines to virtual reality racing simulators. Similar attractions are likely to feature in the new capital outpost, creating an all-in-one playground for adults.
Casual Dining to Match the Fun
Food will play a key role in the experience. The Abu Dhabi menu is expected to reflect the Dubai offering, serving crowd favourites such as tacos, sliders, pizzas and kebabs. The focus remains on relaxed, shareable dishes that keep guests fuelled between games.
Brass Monkey first launched at Bluewaters in 2020, combining gaming, drinks and dining in a large-scale venue. Its second location opened at City Walk within the licensed C2 dining district. Further cementing its reputation as a social hotspot.
Joining a Strong Line-Up at The Galleria
When it opens, Brass Monkey will join an established collection of restaurants and bars at The Galleria. Current venues include 99 Sushi, Coya, LPM. The Craft by Side Hustle, Zuma, Flamingo Room, Antonia Chic and Novikov, making the mall one of Abu Dhabi’s leading dining destinations.
The dining scene at Al Maryah Island continues to grow. Isabel Mayfair is also set to open later this year. It’s bringing London-inspired Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant setting.
With bowling lanes, arcade games and comfort food all in one space. The Brass Monkey’s Abu Dhabi launch is shaping up to be one of 2026’s most anticipated openings.
