Allaf chose the name The Untitled Project intentionally. She wanted to avoid labels that might limit how people see the brand. In her view, women are complex and layered, and their style should reflect that freedom.
Her collections are designed for two types of women: those who enjoy bold statement pieces and those who prefer dressing according to the occasion. Both styles reflect the idea that fashion and beauty should adapt to individual preferences rather than strict trends.
Inspired by Jeddah’s Style Culture
Although Allaf now lives in Riyadh, the spirit of the brand remains closely connected to Jeddah. The coastal city’s relaxed lifestyle and beach culture strongly influence the designs.
In Jeddah, women often prefer shorter abayas and more relaxed silhouettes. The Untitled Project reflects this aesthetic with colorful pieces, sometimes featuring more than seven colors in a single garment while maintaining elegance and beauty.
Craftsmanship and Sustainable Beauty
Each design produced by The Untitled Project is carefully developed, often taking months to finalize. The garments are made in Saudi Arabia using natural fabrics such as silk, linen, and cotton, which highlight the beauty of the prints and textures.
Sustainability also plays an important role in the brand’s philosophy. Leftover fabrics and embroidery from earlier collections are repurposed into new garments instead of being discarded. Small-batch production helps the brand test designs while reducing waste and encouraging creative experimentation.
Even the packaging reflects this mindset. After noticing customers reusing the brand’s boxes, the company redesigned them to encourage reuse, even promoting them as playful storage boxes or small cat houses.
