Influencer Cedra Ammara Shares Emotional Dubai Beach Proposal Video
Not everything that goes viral deserves to. But this one did.
On February 15, Cedra Ammara posted a video of her proposal on a Dubai beach and the internet completely lost it. Fifty five million views in less than a day and thousands of comments from people who had never met her, crying over a moment that had nothing to do with their own lives. That only happens when something feels genuinely real.
This felt real.
What Actually Happened on That Beach
The two of them were running along the shoreline in white outfits when Ramy stopped and the no big speech waiting in his pocket, no carefully worded paragraph he had rehearsed in the mirror. and he just told her he loved her, that he wanted to protect her, that he wanted to be there for whatever came next. Then he got on one knee.
Cedra said yes. They held each other. The sun was going down behind them. Then the friends and family who had been hiding nearby came running out and the whole thing turned into a proper celebration right there on the sand.
Nobody hired a director for that ending. It just happened.
Two Creators, One Very Public Relationship
Cedra and Ramy started showing up together on each other’s pages in 2025. They never sat down and made an announcement video about it. They just let people notice, which honestly made it more interesting to follow.
Cedra has built something serious online. Over 7.3 million followers on Instagram, more than 3.5 million subscribers on YouTube, and an audience that actually cares about her life beyond what she is wearing or what product she is promoting. Ramy is not far behind with around 4.5 million Instagram followers himself.
Together they are one of the most watched couples in the region. That comes with a lot of eyes on every single thing they do.
She Did Not Start Out Planning Any of This
Cedra was born in Syria, grew up in Sweden, and started posting online as a kid with no plan and no strategy and it was just something she did for fun while she was still figuring out who she was.
She moved to the UAE in 2019 and has spoken multiple times about how much it feels like home. Not in a vague way. In the specific way where you stop thinking about leaving and start actually building something. That shift shows how comfortable and open she is about her life there.
Three Sisters, One Very Loud Online Presence
Cedra is one of the Ammara sisters, and if you follow anyone who follows influencers from this region you already know that name. Narin and Sherin are the other two, and between the three of them there is rarely a quiet month.
Narin had a beach resort wedding in Fujairah in April 2025. Sherin married content creator Osama Marwah two months after that, and Osama alone brings nearly 10 million Instagram followers into the picture. After Cedra got engaged, Narin posted a photo of all three sisters standing with their partners and wrote simply that the family is growing.
The comments section basically exploded.
People keep saying the Ammara sisters are one of the most admired influencer families in the region right now and looking at the numbers and the moments they keep delivering it is genuinely hard to disagree.
